Disheartening video captures the moment these fishermen tried and failed to rescue a stranded whale on the coast in Quang Ngai Province, Viet Nam on Monday (February 17). <br /><br />A group of fishermen are seen trying to drag the whale back into the sea, however, large waves continue to push the mammal back towards the coast.<br /><br />According to local reports, the whale weighed more than 500 kilograms and was measured at about four metres long. <br /><br />After the whale was pronounced dead, the fishermen carried out a local burial ritual.
