Two-year-old Parker, who was born at 30 weeks with no heartbeat defies the odds to become a healthy and happy toddler. <br /><br />The heartwarming video went viral when it was posted on TikTok to the tear-jerking country song "Boy" by Lee Brice.<br /><br />Parker's mom Samantha told Newsflare: "Parker was given a 0% chance of survival and we were told he would have no quality of life. We prepared for the worst but Parker and God had other plans."
