A car has been found lodged underneath a bridge in Exmoor, Somerset due to the raging water caused by recent Storm Dennis rainfall.<br /><br />The local fire department released a statement saying: "Luckily the driver was able to escape from the vehicle with the help of the public before it was swept under the bridge.<br /><br />"On arrival of Porlocks appliance the Incident commander confirmed no persons where trapped and the crew made the scene safe by putting a cordon in place and closing the foot bridge."<br /><br />This footage was filmed on February 16.
