A quarantined resident walked their dog from the first-floor balcony and reeled it back up with a leash when they were finished.<br /><br />The video, shot in the city of Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province on February 16, shows a man on his balcony holding a leash attached to his dog that was walking around outdoors. <br /><br />After a while, he can be seen pulling the leash back and lifting his dog up.<br /><br />A woman was heard laughing and saying: "See, someone lowers his dog down from the first floor to walk it.<br /><br />"The dog is lifted up to get back home. So funny."<br /><br />According to reports, the residential community was in lockdown to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
