#Christmascake<br />#chopnchill<br />#sujicake<br />Ingredients for the recipe <br />2 cup fine semolina/suji<br />1/2 cup All purpose flour/ maida<br />1 tsp baking powder<br />1 pinch salt/namak<br />1/3 cup oil + 1/3 cup butter/makhan <br />1/2 cup condensed milk<br />1 cup powdered sugar/pisi hui cheeni(can be adjusted according to your taste)<br />250 ml milk/doodh at room temperature <br />Chopped dry fruit mixture:-<br />2 tbsp Almonds/badaam<br />2 tbsp cashew nut/kaju<br />2 tbsp pistachios/pista<br />2 tbsp brown raisins/kishmish<br />2 tbsp dates/khajoor<br />1 tsp oil for greasing tin<br />Utensils required:-<br />2 mixing bowl<br />1 spatula<br />1 whisk<br />1 cake tin <br />1 brush to grease tin<br />1 knife<br />Extra things:-<br />Piece of butter paper according to size of cake tin<br />Toothpick to check<br />OTG for baking or can be baked on gas stove using same process<br />Notes: Use all the things at room temperature only.<br /> Always use proper measuring cups and spoons for perfect measurement.<br /> Check in between while baking to avoid burning and sticking.<br /> Do not use local and open stuff,always use branded packed stuff.<br /> Every OTG bakes at different levels of heating and differ from each other so manage accordingly.<br />Recipe link for coconut laddo recipe : https://youtu.be/IHeMju9WGj8<br />Recipe link for kalakand recipe : https://youtu.be/VxN5eeouaC4<br />Facebook link : https://fb.me/chopchill53
