U.S. authorities in Miami arrested a Mexican citizen who had been recruited by Russia to work as a spy.<br />The suspect was tapped by Russian government officials to obtain the license plate number of a “U.S. government source".<br />Hector Alejandro Cabrera Fuentes, a resident of Singapore, was arrested on Sunday after he arrived in Miami.<br />A Russian government official had provided Fuentes with a physical description of a U.S. government source’s car.
