CCTV footage captures the moment a wall collapsed in Delhi killing one 32-year-old construction worker.<br /><br />The footage filmed on February 16 shows the moment an under-construction wall slowly toppled over covering nearby workers in debris and dust.<br /><br />According to officials, during investigation it was found that the wall collapsed due to digging work being carried out in the basement of the structure.
