This is the shocking moment Londoner, Tony Shoulder, found his iPad charger smoking after it overheated and set itself alight.<br /><br />Tony's son Paddy alerted him to the charger fire: "My six-year-old son just came and told me that the smoke was coming out of the charger so I ran and had a look it was just smoking. I turned it off after 10 seconds and then a short clip to show others how dangerous this could be.<br /><br />"The charging cable was in good condition before and I did not see any splits on it or anything and the main charger that the lead plugs into is an Apple charger."<br /><br />"I want to make people aware that this could happen so be careful if your kids have chargers in their rooms and under their pillows," Tony added.<br /><br />The clip was filmed on February 20 in his London home.
