Tribute Concert to be Held in<br />Remembrance of Selena Quintanilla-Pérez The family of Selena Quintanilla-Pérez recently announced<br />their plan to celebrate her life with a massive tribute concert. Hosted in honor of the 25th anniversary of her death,<br />the Selena XXV-Veinticinco Años concert will take<br />place in San Antonio, Texas, on May 9. Pitbull will headline the one-day concert, with additional performances by artists such as Becky G, Los Tucanes de<br />Tijuana and A.B. Quintanilla III & Los Kumbia Allstarz. According to a statement from Selena’s<br />sister, Suzette Quintanilla, the concert will<br />be the “ultimate fan experience.” Suzette Quintanilla,<br />via ‘Billboard’ San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg also released<br />a statement, saying the city was “committed” to<br />making the concert an event to remember. Tickets for the Selena tribute concert are already<br />available online and range from $40 to $200.
