Reacting to Delhi violence and grim situation in the capital, poll strategist-turned-politician Prashant Kishor has tweeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding the removal of Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik for his alleged "criminal negligence" in dealing with violence.
