A thief in Indonesia was caught on camera stealing a dog from a gated home in this chilling footage. <br /><br />The incident took place in Bandung on February 22, and shows the man climbing over the fence and lifting the dog up by the throat using its leash. <br /><br />He then climbs back up the wall and cruelly lifts the dog up by its leash and over the wall.<br /><br />The owner commented that she had already reported the incident to the police and but heard no news, as the dog theft is considered a less serious issue. <br /><br />She added: "I don’t know [why he did it], but some people in my followers say that he stole my dog for the dog-fighting community, but that just some people's opinion, i don’t know what the facts are."
