Local reports in Cape town have cited that there are "at least nine missing people" on the coast as an inflatable raft capsized today (February 27).<br /><br />The vessel had consisted of a crew of 11 people and capsized in rough seas. <br /><br />It is suspected that the boat was an inflatable raft and the crew were fishermen who suspected to be out on the water in the early hours of the morning. <br /><br />Two passengers managed to swim ashore and alerted authorities, while another two were airlifted by a South African Airforce Helicopter just after midday.
