Malay Consultation Council (MPM), a caucus of Malay interest groups said dissolving the Parliament is not the best option to end the political turmoil as it is risky and costly.<br /><br />The group, led by its adviser and former inspector-general of police, Tun Haniff Omar said this after handing in a memorandum to the Malay Rulers at the palace Friday morning.
