An ice storm during the wettest January in Canadian history has frozen these collapsed trees solid and the result is oddly beautiful. <br /><br />This ice storm hit southern Ontario on January 11 and the footage was filmed at a high point in elevation [1,500 meters]. <br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "This is not uncommon for the season.<br /><br />"During this storm we were lucky it was a degree colder because 100 millimeters of rain fell."
