This is the heartwarming moment a monkey in India that was rescued from the top of a utility pole was consoled by its friend.<br /><br />The footage, filmed on February 28, shows the monkey stranded on top of the pole with staff from the local power department attempting to set the animal free.<br /><br />Once set free the monkey was embraced and consoled by a friend after the ordeal that happened in Nandigama.
