Two women who ventured into a forest in search of dry grass climbed a tree after spotting a leopard in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand, which led to one of them being trapped and accidentally electrocuted.<br /><br />The incident took place in Pauri, Pauri Garhwal district on March 3. <br /><br />According to local reports, one of the women got stuck up in the tree, which was touching a live electrical wire from a nearby line, and had to be rescued by police.<br /><br />Video footage shows the women entangled in the electrical wire being rescued by police personnel. <br /><br />The rescued woman was rushed to a nearby hospital after suffering mild electrocution. <br /><br />According to local reports, the women survived because the wire only carried a low voltage of electricity.
