Two heroic neighbours rescued a boy hanging from a second-floor balcony's guardrails in southern China.<br /><br />In the video, shot in the city of Luzhou in Sichuan Province on September 28, 2019, a man climbed onto the guardrails on the first floor to push a boy hanging from the second-floor balcony back to safety.<br /><br />According to reports, the man ran upstairs to knock the door of the boy's flat but no one answered after he spotted the incident.<br /><br />He then went to the lower floor's flat and pushed the boy's feet up with the help of the flat owner.<br /><br />The boy's mum reportedly went shopping and left her son home alone.<br /><br />Fortunately, the boy only suffered minor scratches.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
