Former Vice President Joe Biden has a double-digit lead over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.<br />CNN and SSRS conducted a new poll of Democratic voters nationwide.<br />The poll was taken in the days after Biden's historic showing across Super Tuesday contests.<br />The poll finds Biden with 52% of registered voters who are Democrats or Democratic-leaning independents.<br />Biden scored just 36% among Democrats and Democrat leaning Independents.
