The Golden Triangle, where the borders of Laos, Myanmar and Thailand meet, is receiving fewer visitors due to coronavirus fears.<br /><br />Chinese tourists who make up the vast majority are staying away or cannot get there due to vast amounts of communities being in lockdown.<br /><br />The popular casinos across the Mekong river are reportedly closed. <br /><br />Laos Immigration is denying entry by boat and most river traffic is freight destined for Myanmar. <br /><br />Tourists who do come are typically on a day trip and don't stay more than a few hours.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on February 28.
