This was the moment a driver in Phoenix, Arizona was swiftly chased by a police cruiser after littering from their window then speeding off at the junction.<br /><br />Dashcam footage from another car caught the whole action where the driver initially litters from their window then allegedly breaks the speed limit only just missing a cyclist ahead.<br /><br />The filmer explained: "[The] driver litters on the street before speeding off in a slow-limit zone. <br /><br />"[The] driver barely evades hitting a cyclist, only to be seen and caught by police."
