Complex to be built in honor of former PS killed by Al Shabaab

Lamu county commissioner, Women Rep and Principal Secretaries have begun construction of a multi-million empowerment complex in honor of the late Mariam Elmawy who was gunned down by Al Shabaab militants in Lamu two years ago.
