A town in western India celebrated a festival by tying a man to a bamboo harness and spinning him round at dizzying speeds in this dangerous stunt. <br /><br />The incident took place at Chhota Udaipur, Gujarat during the Hindu festival of Holi, on March 11. <br /><br />Video shows the crane used to lift the man constructed out of thick bamboo, while a group of people pushing it in circles in order to lift the attached man off the ground and propelling him to potentially harmful speeds. <br /><br />Villagers claim that a person who is lifted and spun in this way may have their wishes granted.
