New York sets up drive-thru coronavirus testing for locked down New Rochelle

State Police and health officials are in the process of preparing a drive-up testing lab for citizens of New Rochelle.<br /><br />Police were seen at Glen Island Park blocking the entrance as they prepare the lab.
