The National Guard arrived in New Rochelle’s 'containment zone' on Thursday (March 12) in new efforts to restrain the outbreak.<br /><br />Footage shows members of the National Guards deployed to clean public areas and distribute breakfast bags and family food boxes to quarantined residents. <br /><br />The family food boxes can feed a family of four for three days.
