A man was arrested after deliberately tipping over the central reservation fence onto a road in eastern China.<br /><br />The CCTV video, shot in the city of Xuancheng in Anhui Province on February 1, shows a man named Fang climbing over the central reservation and then repeatedly shaking it until it fell down.<br /><br />Since Fang thought the central reservations blocked the shortcut to his house, he deliberately shook them down. <br /><br />Fang was detained by local police on suspicion of deliberately damaging properties, reports said.
