Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said that N95 masks should only be used by healthcare workers or those who are displaying symptoms, not healthy people. <br />“We have also constituted teams to take action against hoarding & over charging for masks & sanitizers,” said Delhi Health Minister.
