Until now, the African continent has largely been spared the rapid spread of COVID-19.<br />The coronavirus has infected at least 127,000 people and killed 4,700 worldwide.<br />Now, Rwanda has confirmed its first case of coronavirus.<br />Rwanda's Health Ministry said the patient was Indian citizen who arrived in the East African nation from Mumbai on March 8.<br />Rwanda is the 19th African nation to report the presence of coronavirus COVID-19.
