Metro Manila now under ‘community quarantine’<br /><br />Metro Manila is now officially under a “community quarantine” as police and military set up checkpoints in the region’s boundaries to contain the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).<br /><br />The quarantine took effect at 12 midnight on Sunday based on the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Infectious Disease Resolution 11.
