Keemay wala Naan on tawa without oven without tandoor by MJ's Kitchen<br /><br />Today's recipe is Keemay wala Naan (Mince filled bread)<br />I'm baking these on pan,<br />but can be baked in oven if you have<br /><br />For Naan dough we need:<br />1 Kg Flour<br />1 tbsp Yeast, <br />1 tsp Salt,<br />1 tbsp Powdered Sugar, <br />4 tbsp Oil,<br />1 Egg <br />& water for kneading.<br /><br />Method:<br />- Add salt, sugar, yeast, egg & oil to the flour.<br />- Mix these dry with hand<br />- Now add water gradually & knead like everyday roti aata.<br />- After kneading apply oil over it & put it aside for 1~1½ hour to get rise.<br /><br /><br />for filling of naan we need:<br />1 Kg Ground Beef (chicken or mutton)<br />2 medium sized Onion (chopped),<br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,<br />1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Turmeric,<br />1 tsp Red Pepper Powder,<br />1 tsp Red Pepper flakes, <br />1 tsp Cumin,<br />1 tsp Garam Masala Powder,<br />1 tbsp Coriander Powder,<br />2 tbsp Lemon Juice,<br />Fresh Coriander, <br />Green chilies (chopped)<br />& ½ cup Oil<br /><br />Method:<br />- Turn on the flame & add ½ cup oil to the pan & fry onion & ginger garlic paste.<br />- Once onion & ginger garlic is fried lightly add ground beef and fry it well.<br />- Now add all dry spices, salt, turmeric, Red Pepper Powder, Red pepper flakes, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala powder & a little water.<br />- fry it well.<br />- Once frying is well done, add a little more water.<br />- Cover & cook for 5~7 minutes at medium flame.<br />- Mince is done, now add coriander, green chili & lemon juice.<br />- fry it for 1~2 minutes.<br />- turn off the flame.<br />- now let it cool down to be ready for filling in naan.<br /><br />- Make equal balls of the dough.<br />- flat the dough ball with hand.<br />- put prepared mince over it.<br />- start fold it from the sides<br />- fold it firmly<br />- flat it with soft hand using roller<br />- punch with finger tips<br />- turn on the flame<br />- grease the pan with little oil & put naan in it.<br />- cover & cook for 2~3 minutes at low flame.<br />- now apply melted butter once it is cooked from bottom.<br />- flip it upside down<br />- cover it again & cook for 2~3 minutes at low flame.<br />- remove it in plate.<br />- our mince filled naan is ready.<br />- Give it a thumbs up if you like this recipe,<br />- share it forward & subscribe to my channel, Good bye.<br />Recipe video here: https://youtu.be/Kh6ZO2kvOQA<br /><br /><br />.<br />.<br />.<br />Subscribe for more delicious recipes.<br /><br />Follow us on instagram:<br />https://www.instagram.com/mjskitchenpk<br />Give us a like on Facebook:<br />https://fb.me/mjskitchenpk<br />Follow our blog:<br />https://mjskitchenpk.blogspot.com/<br />https://www.reddit.com/user/mjskitchen/posts/<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />#mjskitchen #keemywalanaan #naandough #howtomakenaanathome #naanwithoutoven #mincefilledbread #groundbeefrecipes #dawatrecipes #kemaywalanaan #keemanaan #recipeinurdu #pakistanifoods #keemanaanrecipe #naandoughrecipe #tawa
