Armenia has postponed its referendum on constitutional reforms.<br />The delay is due to the coronavirus outbreak sweeping across the globe.<br />According to Reuters, the referendum will take place after the pandemic ends.<br />Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the announcement on Monday. The referendum had been planned for April 5th, 2020.<br />Earlier on Monday, the Armenian government announced a state of emergency for one month to slow the spread of the deadly disease.
