A female adult began harassing and yelling at emergency medical technicians with American Medical Response, who were actively working on a patient that had been stabbed in the head. The female was upset that the ambulance was blocking her car from leaving. <br /><br />She demanded that the ambulance be moved, just for her. <br />The woman can be seen and heard arguing with a San Bernardino Police Officer.
