The IOC have not yet released a statement to reveal whether or not they have decided to go ahead with the summer Olympics.<br /><br />However Japanese Olympic Minister Seiko Hashimoto said last Friday that, "the IOC and organising committee are not considering cancellation or a postponement, absolutely not at all."<br /><br />Many athletes have come forward to share their opinions, including Heptathlete Katerina Johnson-Thompson who admitted it is "impossible" to train with Olympic champion Katerina Stefanidi adding that athletes are "risking their health".
