Super easy to make, and they will disappear quickly! <br />Recipe is given below <br />INGREDIENTS: <br />* 2 green tortillas <br />* 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened <br />* 1/2 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or Mexican cheese blend <br />* 1/2 cup boiled corn <br />* 1/2 diced white onion <br />* 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped <br />* 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste <br /> <br />DIRECTIONS: <br /> <br />* Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 12 medium nonstick muffin cups with cooking spray; Cut each tortilla into quarters, form into cup shape and bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown and crispy. <br />* In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, boiled corn, onion, dill and garlic salt <br />* Scoop mixture into each tortilla cup.
