A wheelchair-bound woman has been knitting face masks for residents in Padang during the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.<br /><br />The woman named Silvia makes around 10 face masks a day and also sews cloth and tissue into them to act as a filter.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on March 22 in Padang.
