Recipe: <br />INGREDIENTS: <br />1 cup steamed garbanzo beans <br />1 Medium green bell pepper <br />1 Medium red bell pepper <br />3-4 red onion - round slices <br />8 cherry tomatoes <br />5 garlic cloves <br />few mint leaves <br /> <br />FOR DRESSING: <br />1/4 cup olive oil <br />1/2 cup vinegar <br />1 teaspoon cumin powder <br />1 tablespoon dried dill <br />3-4 garlic cloves minced <br />salt & pepper to taste <br /> <br />PREPARATION: <br />1. Brush oil on bell peppers. Cut 1/2" slices & grill. (You may used any grill of your choice, we have used electric grill here). <br />2. Cut onion rings & garlic cloves & grill. <br />3. Grill whole cherry tomatoes. Chop grilled onion rings. <br />4.. Mix all grilled vegetables in a bowl. Add steamed or par-boiled garbanzo beans (Chick peas or Kabuli chana). <br />5.Mix all ingredients for salad dressing in a jar & mix well. <br />6. Add mint leaves & dressing to the mixed salad prepared & enjoy!
