Office workers have their temperature checked and are given hand sanitiser as they arrive for work in Bangkok, Thailand, this morning (March 25).<br /><br />The country has introduced a 'state of emergency' with COVID-19 coronavirus cases now totalling 934 with four deaths since the outbreak began. Officials fear that unless strict self-distancing and isolation measures are implemented, the pandemic could ravage the country.<br /><br />Building manager, Ning, said the temperature screening measures had been in place for <br /><br />Government measures to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic have been introduced including a travel ban on tourists without lab tests showing they are free of the disease, health certificates and coronavirus medical insurance. <br /><br />All non-essential public-facing businesses have also been closed and it has become mandatory to wear face masks on the city's trains and subway system.
