This science teacher in Terrigal, New South Wales, demonstrates the exponential growth of the COVID-19 virus by using bread and a toaster.<br /><br />Jacob Strickling uses the toasting of bread as an analogy to the development and spreading of COVID-19 during this pandemic.<br /><br />The teacher highlights the importance of social distancing as for the first few intervals the bread remains white yet in this analogy symptoms can still be spread.<br /><br />As time goes on the bread becomes more and more toasted indicating more people becoming infected by the virus, as shown on Jacob's graph.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on March 24.
