A heroic man in southwestern China jumped into a river to rescue a drowning boy.<br /><br />The video, provided by local media and filmed in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province on March 21, shows a five-year-old boy riding a bike speeding into a wall on the side of the shore and dropping into the river.<br /><br />Tourists spotted the boy and called for help. A bar owner heard it and ran out with a broom to try to let the boy grab it.<br /><br />However, the stick on the broom was not long enough, so the man jumped into the water to save the drowning boy.<br /><br />The boy was rescued within a minute and sent to hopsital to be checked out.<br /><br />Fortunately, the boy was alright and went back home for observation.
