Instant Pot Masala Chai Recipe: <br />Ingredients: Makes 1 Cup of tea <br />1 Cup Milk <br />1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar <br />1 1/2 teaspoon Dried tea leaves <br />1 teaspoon Grated ginger <br />2 crushed Cardamom cloves <br />2 cups (given with Instant Pot) Water <br /> <br />Directions: <br />1. Add 2 plastic cups (given with Instant Pot) water to inner pot. Place trivet & a pot in inner pot. <br />2. Add milk, sugar, crushed cardamom, grated ginger & dried tea leaves to the pot. <br />3. Close the lid & put the steam release vent on to seal the vent. <br />4. Turn Steam on for 5 minutes, choose - Pressure - none & keep warm - on. <br />5. After it is done steaming - leave keep warm on till it shows 10 & ten switch off. <br />6. Open the lid, Carefully, using oven mitts, take tea pot out of Instant Pot. <br />7. Pour & strain the tea in a cup & Enjoy!
