Instant Pot Everyday Bread Pudding Recipe: <br />Ingredients: <br />2 cups Cubes of multigrain bread loaf (a day old) <br />1 1/2 cup Milk (Half & Half) <br />1/2 cup white cane sugar <br />1/2 cup brown cane sugar <br />3 tablespoons Maple syrup <br />1/4 cup raisins <br />2 tablespoons corn starch <br />1 teaspoon vanilla extract <br />1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder <br /> <br />Directions: <br />1. In a bowl, add milk, white & brown sugar, maple syrup, corn starch & whisk till the mixture islumps free. <br />2. Pour milk mix on 2 cups of bread cubes in another bowl. Add cinnamon powder & mix. Press bread cubes with spatula & set aside for 15 minutes for absorption of the milk mixture. <br />3. Pour the bread mix in a greased inner pot. Add raisins, close the lid & valve in sealing position. <br />4. On a control panel : Turn Steam on for 30 minutes - pressure “NONE” Leave - Keep warm - On <br />5. After 30 minutes, switch off, open the lid & serve. Enjoy!
