This timelapse footage captures the unfurling of a monstera leaf unfurling over the course of nine days in Adelaide, Australia.<br /><br />The monstera - named Monica - was filmed over nine days and from the various angles.<br /><br />We see one leaf initial growth spurt and then in glorious motion, the leaf unfurls.<br /><br />The filmer said online: "This particular leaf felt like it took forever to appear. <br /><br />"But there's another smaller new leaf growing on a lower stem - if you squint you can see it in the timelapse.<br /><br />"Generally monstera are voracious growers though."
