1. People with incomes above $99,000 or single parents with incomes above $135,500.<br />2. Parents with dependent children whose age is 17 or 18 won’t get the $500 payment for those kids.<br />3. Adults claimed as dependent on another person’s tax return do not get an individual or child stimulus payment.<br />4. People without Social Security numbers cannot get payments.<br />5. Couples filing jointly where one person doesn’t have a Social Security will also not be eligible.
