PM Boris Johnson is still working from home, having been diagnosed with coronavirus, so today's conference is being led by Minister for the Cabinet Office Michael Gove.<br /><br />He is joined by Dr Jenny Harries, England's deputy chief medical officer, and NHS England's national medical director, Dr Stephen Powis.
