Russian city adjusts to first day of coronavirus lockdown

The Russian city of Tambov adjusts to its first day in the self-isolation regime imposed by authorities on April 1.<br /><br />Footage shows that there are some people and vehicles still on the city streets but the military and police are on patrol.
