IBS 나노입자연구단, 개별 나노입자 3D 촬영 '성공'<br /><br />A team of South Korean researchers have found a way to determine the precise 3D structures of nanomaterials... that had previously only been theoretically speculated.<br />Researchers at South Korea's Institute for Basic Science... working in collaboration with Australia's Monash University and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the U.S. created the new methodology.<br />It allows researchers to measure the atomic displacement... and strain on the surface atoms of individual nanoparticles.<br />The research is expected to contribute to fields where nanomaterials are used... such as fuel cells, hydrogen vehicles and new drug development.<br />The study has been published in the journal Science.<br />
