This timelapse footage shows a Vietnamese baker creating a lotus flower and fish-themed cake using a 3D gelatin technique.<br /><br />The technique allows the patterns to be drawn inside of the cake with great care and precision.<br /><br />It took this baker around an hour to create this amazing looking cake on March 28.
