미국 코로나19 환자 30만명 넘어…사흘 만에 10만명 급증<br /><br />The United States has now reported more than 308 thousand cases of COVID-19, more than a third of them in New York state alone.<br />The U.S. death toll is now more than 8-thousand-400 again, a plurality of them in New York.<br />Those numbers are from Johns Hopkins University.<br />The U.S. passed 300-thousand cases on Saturday just four days after it hit 200-thousand.<br />Now the U.S. has one fourth of all the cases in the world.<br />Meanwhile, in Spain, the country with the second-highest number of cases, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said Saturday that he would ask parliament to extend the state of emergency by 15 days until April 26.<br />This comes as Spain's lockdown started to show some results.<br />
