Visibility was low in Iceland's Reykjavik due to blizzard conditions as winter reasserts itself on April 4.<br /><br />Local photographer Halldor Sigurdsson captured this footage as cold arctic air from the north met moisture-laden air from the south causing this blizzard with whiteout conditions on the roads. The temperature was minus 4 Celsius and road conditions were treacherous.
