A driver missed the ramp exit and drove his car over a 6-metre-high pedestrian overpass to make a U-turn in northwestern China.<br /><br />In the video filmed on April 5 in Xinjiang, China, the car is seen driving on an overpass.<br /><br />It’s reported that the man accidentally missed the ramp exit when driving on the expressway. <br /><br />He then drove his car up the stairs of the bridge and attempted to drive down the other side.<br /><br />The staff at the toll booth saw this and called the police, who came to the spot and fined the man for 200 yuan (£23).<br /><br />It is understood that the pedestrian bridge here can only support around 1,000 kg.<br /><br />This video provided by the local traffic police.
