INGREDIENTS<br />-Canned Chili<br />-1/2 Onion<br />-Mushrooms<br />-Pack of ground beef<br />-Garlic<br />-Bell peppers<br /><br />METHOD<br />-Slice mushrooms, garlic and onion and sautée in pan on med heat with olive oil<br />-Add ground beef and cook until browned<br />-Add can of chili (if you want to make your own chili go nuts, I had the can in the cupboard so I went with it)<br />-Simmer chili for 15 mins<br />-Slice peppers in half and remove the white part with a spoon.<br />-Fill peppers with chili and top with shredded cheese of your choosing<br />-Bake for 20 mins @ 400 deg
